Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

- Item has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong product or size received.
🚫 Non‑Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products (unless defective).
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Products returned after the 14‑day window.

- Initiate Request: Email our support team with your order ID and reason for return.
- Approval: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Ship Back: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions or a prepaid return label.
- Refund Issued: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.
